其他規(guī)定條款一般都是一些格式化的條款，主要包括保密（confidentiality）條款、法律適用（governing law, application of law)、協(xié)議修訂（modification of agreement)、完整協(xié)議（entire agreement）、不可抗力條款（Force Majeure)、簽名（signature）等內(nèi)容。例如：

1.法律適用

本協(xié)議所有方面均受中華人民共和國(guó)法律的約束，并按照該國(guó)法律進(jìn)行解釋，法律規(guī)定應(yīng)適用其他司法管轄區(qū)之法律的除外。

This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws oF PRC, excluding those laws that direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

2.通知

Any notices or delivery required here will be deemed completed when hand-delivered, delivered by agent, or seven (7) days after being placed in the post, postage prepaid, to the parties at the addresses contained in this Agreement or as the parties may later designate in writing.

本協(xié)議所要求的任何通知或交付物，在以下時(shí)間視為已完成送達(dá)：親自遞送時(shí)；通過代理遞送時(shí)；或在按本協(xié)議中規(guī)定的地址或雙方隨后書面指定的地址郵寄（預(yù)付郵資）后 七（7）天屆滿時(shí)。

3.協(xié)議完整

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties. All negotiations and understandings have been included in this Agreement. Statements or representations which may have been made by any party to this Agreement in the negotiation stages of this Agreement may in some way be inconsistent with this final written Agreement. All such statements are declared to be of no value in this Agreement. Only the written terms of this Agreement will bind the parties.

本協(xié)議構(gòu)成雙方之間的完整協(xié)議，已納入所有的談判和諒解。本協(xié)議任何一方在本協(xié)議的談判階段可能已作出的聲明或陳述在一定程度上可能與本最終書面協(xié)議不一致。所有該等聲明在本協(xié)議中均無(wú)任何價(jià)值。雙方僅受本協(xié)議書面條款的約束。
